GENERAL ADMISSION

By entering Allstars Sports Bars, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any reasonable instructions given by management or staff.

Due to licensing regulations, guests under the age of 18 are not permitted on the premises after 10:00pm unless accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over. Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before any pre-booked activity, event, or table reservation.

Any guest whose behaviour is deemed aggressive, threatening, abusive, disruptive, intoxicated, or likely to cause discomfort to other guests or team members may be refused entry or asked to leave immediately. Future admission may also be refused.

For security reasons, management reserves the right to request the removal of hoods, helmets, face coverings (unless worn for medical or religious reasons), and other items that may obscure identity.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the venue except in designated outdoor smoking areas where provided.

Guests may not bring food or drink purchased elsewhere into the venue unless expressly authorised by management.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission, request identification, conduct security searches, or remove any guest from the premises at its absolute discretion.

ALCOHOL & RESPONSIBLE DRINKING

Allstars Sports Bars is committed to operating responsibly, safely, and in full compliance with licensing legislation.

We aim to provide a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all guests and do not encourage excessive alcohol consumption.

We actively operate a Challenge 25 policy. Guests who appear under the age of 25 may be required to provide valid photographic identification before being served alcohol.

We reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol to any individual who appears intoxicated or whose behaviour may compromise the safety and enjoyment of others.

We work closely with local authorities, licensing officers, police, fire services, and environmental health teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

ACCESSIBILITY

Allstars Sports Bars is committed to providing an accessible environment for all guests.

Accessible facilities, including accessible toilets and step-free access where available, are provided wherever reasonably practicable.

If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact the venue before your visit so that we can make appropriate arrangements wherever possible.

BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS

Bookings are only confirmed once payment (where applicable) has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued by Allstars Sports Bars.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check all booking details and notify us of any errors within 24 hours of receiving confirmation.

While every effort will be made to ensure activities, tables and reserved areas are available at the booked time, guests must arrive promptly. Reserved tables or activities may be released after a reasonable grace period if guests fail to arrive.

Pre-paid bookings may not be refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. Any changes or transfers are subject to management approval and availability.

No booking may be cancelled after its scheduled start time. Failure to attend will be treated as a no-show and refunds will not normally be available.

Bookings are valid only for the date and time stated on the confirmation and may not be transferred without prior agreement.

Allstars Sports Bars reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings where operational requirements, safety concerns, private events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative booking or a refund of any monies paid. No further compensation shall be payable.

RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY

Allstars Sports Bars reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest from the premises at any time and without refund where management reasonably believes that:

The guest is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
The guest is behaving in a threatening, aggressive, abusive, disruptive, or anti-social manner.
The guest poses a risk to the safety, security, comfort, or enjoyment of other guests or team members.
The guest fails to comply with venue policies, licensing requirements, safety instructions, or these Terms & Conditions.
The guest is wearing clothing, symbols, or attire that may reasonably be considered offensive, discriminatory, inflammatory, or likely to cause conflict.
The guest refuses to provide valid identification when requested under the Challenge 25 policy or other licensing requirements.
The guest attempts to bring prohibited items, food, drink, illegal substances, or weapons onto the premises.
Admission would otherwise place Allstars Sports Bars in breach of its licensing obligations or legal responsibilities.

For certain sporting events, special occasions, or high-profile fixtures, Allstars Sports Bars may operate additional entry requirements, security measures, dress restrictions, or capacity controls. Management reserves the right to implement such measures at its discretion to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.

Any decision made by management regarding admission or removal from the premises shall be final.

ACTIVITIES, GAMES & EQUIPMENT

Guests participating in activities such as pool, darts, shuffleboard, arcade games, sports simulators, interactive games, or any other entertainment provided by the venue do so at their own risk.

Guests must follow all safety instructions and venue rules when using equipment or participating in activities.

Management reserves the right to refuse participation in any activity where safety may be compromised.

Any deliberate or negligent damage to venue equipment, fixtures, fittings, furniture, gaming equipment, screens, or facilities may result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the individual responsible and/or the booking holder.

LIVE SPORTS DISCLAIMER

Allstars Sports Bars endeavours to show advertised live sporting events wherever possible. However, broadcast schedules, kick-off times, event timings and programme availability are controlled by third-party broadcasters and event organisers and may change without notice.

Allstars Sports Bars cannot guarantee that any particular sporting event, fixture, race, fight, match, or broadcast will be available at any given time and accepts no liability for changes, cancellations, interruptions, technical failures, signal loss, or broadcaster restrictions that may affect the viewing of live sports.

No refunds, credits, or compensation will be offered where a live sporting event is altered, postponed, cancelled, interrupted, unavailable, or where broadcast coverage is affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Management reserves the right to determine which events are shown on venue screens and to allocate screens, sound, and viewing areas at its discretion.

PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

From time to time, Allstars Sports Bars and its authorised partners may take photographs and video recordings within the venue for promotional, marketing, social media, website, public relations, and advertising purposes.

By entering the venue, you acknowledge that you may appear in such photographs or recordings and consent to the use of your image, likeness, voice, and appearance without compensation, provided such use is lawful and reasonable.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional photography or video content, please notify a member of the management team upon arrival and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Guests are welcome to take photographs and videos for personal use. However, photography or filming for commercial purposes, professional content creation, media publication, or promotional activity requires prior written permission from Allstars Sports Bars management.

Allstars Sports Bars reserves the right to request that photography or filming cease where it may affect the comfort, privacy, safety, or enjoyment of other guests or staff.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Allstars Sports Bars accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.

Guests are responsible for their own property at all times.

PRIVACY

Any personal information collected during bookings, enquiries, competitions, promotions, or venue visits will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on request or via our website.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Subject to the above, Allstars Sports Bars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the venue or participation in any activities.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from or connected with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
